Overview
Introvy is a candidate workflow platform for staffing firms and recruiting teams. The Introvy Claude connector lets approved Introvy users manage recruiting workflows from Claude using natural language.

Introvy send actions are designed to preview first. Recruiters approve candidate-facing workflow sends before Introvy sends emails or creates workflow links.
How to Connect Claude
- Log in to Introvy.
- Open the Recruiter Dashboard.
- Go to AI Assistants.
- Click Connect Claude.
- Copy the Introvy MCP URL or use the Claude connection flow.
- In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors / Integrations.
- Add Introvy and approve access.
- Return to Introvy to confirm connection status.
Permissions and Scopes
The connector can access only the Introvy recruiting workflow data associated with the authenticated user’s organization.

- • Resend supported workflow reminders
The connector does not:
- • Change ATS stages directly
- • Access unrelated ATS data
- • Access personal email inboxes
- • Send workflows without recruiter approval
- • Share data with third parties for advertising
Data Used
- • Candidate name and email
- • Job title and company
- • Workflow type and status
- • Workflow timestamps
- • Candidate submission or preparation content
- • Recruiter organization and credit balance
- • Optional identity verification status, when enabled
Security Notes
Introvy only accesses recruiting workflow data needed to complete approved actions. Recruiters remain in control of outbound work.
- • All connector requests are authenticated.
- • Access is scoped to the recruiter’s Introvy organization.
- • Candidate-facing sends require recruiter approval.
- • Connection keys can be rotated or revoked.
- • OAuth sessions and connection keys are not shown again after creation.
- • Introvy does not sell candidate data.
Disconnecting
Recruiters can disconnect Claude from the Introvy dashboard by going to AI Assistants and selecting Disconnect. This revokes active connector access. Recruiters can reconnect at any time.
