The candidate records recruiter-approved answers to role-specific questions. Introvy writes the submission link, summary, and key concepts back to the Avionté Talent record automatically.
Before an interview, candidates receive an AI-generated prep brief with company context, role expectations, likely interview themes, suggested talking points, and thoughtful questions to ask.
Research Brief is for internal and candidate use only.
Candidates rehearse with audio-based mock interview questions and receive immediate AI feedback on their answers.

Introvy receives the Avionté webhook event, calls the Avionté API to fetch candidate, job, and recruiter context, and routes to the correct workflow.
For Video Submission, Practice Audio, and Practice Video, you receive a review link by email. Review or edit the questions before anything goes to the candidate. Nothing sends without your approval.
You approve the workflow. Nothing is sent to the candidate without your confirmation.
