Candidate Video Release
Effective Date: December 9, 2025
By recording and submitting video or audio content through Introvy Solutions Inc ("Introvy," "we," "us," or "our"), you grant specific rights and permissions as outlined in this Candidate Video Release ("Release").
This Release supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose
This Release ensures that:
- You understand how your video and audio submissions will be used
- Introvy has the necessary rights to operate the Service
- Recruiters and organizations can access content you share with them
- Your privacy rights are respected
2. Content You Submit
2.1 Types of Content
This Release applies to:
- Video recordings (including practice sessions and recruiter submissions)
- Audio recordings
- Screen recordings or presentations
- Transcriptions of spoken content
- Profile photos or other visual media
Collectively referred to as "Submitted Content."
2.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of your Submitted Content.
This Release grants limited rights to Introvy but does not transfer ownership.
3. Rights You Grant to Introvy
By submitting content, you grant Introvy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
3.1 Service Operations
- Host, store, and process your Submitted Content
- Stream or deliver content to authorized users (recruiters, organizations)
- Display content through shareable links you create
- Create thumbnails, previews, or excerpts
3.2 Technical Processing
- Transcode or convert media formats for compatibility
- Compress or optimize files for storage and delivery
- Generate transcriptions using AI or automated tools
- Apply technical enhancements (noise reduction, stabilization, etc.)
3.3 Analysis & Feedback
- Analyze content using AI for feedback, scoring, or evaluation
- Generate insights, summaries, or highlights
- Provide coaching recommendations
3.4 Platform Improvement
- Use anonymized or aggregated data to improve AI models and features
- Conduct quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Monitor for compliance with our Terms of Service
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Service.
4. Recruiter and Third-Party Sharing
4.1 Recruiter Submissions
If you accept a recruiter's invitation or submit content to an organization:
- Your Submitted Content will be shared with that recruiter or organization
- The recruiter may view, download, or share your content internally for evaluation purposes
- Introvy is not responsible for how recruiters use or share your content after receiving it
4.2 Shareable Links
If you create a shareable link:
- Anyone with the link can view your Submitted Content
- You are responsible for where and with whom you share the link
- Links may expire based on platform settings (e.g., 60 days)
- Introvy is not responsible for external misuse or redistribution
4.3 No Public Display
Unless you explicitly share content via a link or recruiter submission, your Submitted Content is not publicly displayed or used for marketing without your consent.
5. Your Representations and Warranties
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
5.1 Ownership & Rights
- You own or have the legal right to submit the content
- Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- You have obtained necessary permissions from any individuals featured in your content
5.2 Lawful Content
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Your content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your content is truthful and not misleading
5.3 No Harmful Material
- Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Your content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate
6. Restrictions on Introvy
Introvy will not:
6.1 Public Marketing
- Use your identifiable Submitted Content for public marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your explicit consent
6.2 Third-Party Sales
- Sell or license your identifiable Submitted Content to third parties for purposes unrelated to the Service
6.3 Training AI Models
- Use your identifiable Submitted Content to train third-party commercial AI models without consent
- We may use anonymized or aggregated data for internal AI improvements
7. Consent to Recording
7.1 Self-Recording
By using Introvy's recording features, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily recording yourself
- You consent to the recording, storage, and processing of your image, voice, and likeness
- You understand how recordings will be used as described in this Release
7.2 Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by:
- Deleting specific submissions
- Deleting your account
- Contacting hello@introvy.ai
Upon withdrawal, we will remove content as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Data Retention
8.1 Active Content
Submitted Content remains stored while:
- Your account is active
- You have not deleted the specific submission
- The content is needed for ongoing recruiter evaluations
8.2 Deletion Requests
You may delete:
- Individual submissions through your account settings
- Your entire account (which removes all associated content)
Some data may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Backup systems (deleted within a reasonable timeframe)

9. Minors
Introvy's Service is available to individuals 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to use the Service.
If you are at least 16 years old but under 18 years old, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed this Release with a parent or guardian
- You understand the rights you are granting
- You have permission to submit video content
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Introvy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of this Release
- Third-party claims that your Submitted Content infringes their rights
- Your misuse of the Service
11. Changes to This Release
We may update this Release from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated to users when required.
Continued submission of content constitutes acceptance of the updated Release.
