Do we need an ATS to use Introvy?

No. You can send workflows directly from the Introvy dashboard without any ATS connection. The ATS integration automates triggers from pipeline stage changes and writes results back — but it's not required to get started. Most teams start with the dashboard and connect their ATS later.

How does identity verification work?

Identity verification is powered by Stripe Identity. The candidate submits a government-issued ID and a live selfie as part of the video submission. Recruiters can toggle this on or off per submission. When enabled, the candidate's package shows a verified badge visible to hiring managers. Each verified submission uses 3 credits.

Yes. Every submission generates a shareable link that hiring managers can open in any browser — no account required, no app to download. The link works in ATS notes fields, email, VMS platforms, and can be read by AI screening tools that follow URLs.
