Apply Video, Research Brief, Practice Audio, Practice Video, and Thank You Video — all triggered automatically based on pipeline stage.
How do ATS triggers work?
Assigned → Apply Video, Interview Scheduled → Prep workflows, Selected → Thank You Video. Other stages are ignored to prevent noise.
Do I need to manually send anything?
No. Once configured, everything runs automatically. You can optionally review and edit questions before sending.
What gets written back to the ATS?
Submission links, AI-generated summaries, and key concepts are written directly to the candidate record for reuse in search and client conversations.
What can I share with clients?
Apply Videos and Thank You Videos are shareable links. Interview prep workflows are internal and not meant for clients.
How does this improve placements?

What if my job description is weak?
Introvy can still generate strong, role-specific questions using fallback logic and enrichment. You don’t need a perfect job description.
