Acceptable Use Policy

  • Attempt to bypass authentication or security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance

2.4 Platform Abuse

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Manipulate metrics, ratings, or feedback systems
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

2.5 Data Misuse

2.6 Recruiter-Specific Restrictions

Recruiters and organizations must not:

  • Post fake job listings or misleading opportunities
  • Discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Share candidate content outside authorized purposes
  • Use the platform for unauthorized marketing or solicitation

2.7 Candidate-Specific Restrictions

Job seekers and students must not:

  • Submit plagiarized, AI-generated, or fraudulent content as their own work
  • Share other candidates' content without permission
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

3. Content Standards

All user-submitted content must:

  • Be truthful and accurate
  • Respect others' privacy and rights
  • Comply with professional standards
  • Be appropriate for a professional environment
  • Not violate third-party rights

4. Enforcement

4.1 Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP.

4.2 Violations

If we determine you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Remove violating content
  • Report violations to law enforcement
  • Take legal action

4.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, contact hello@introvy.ai with details.

If you become aware of conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to:
