1. What Introvy Is

Introvy is a B2B SaaS platform for recruiting teams and staffing firms. It automates candidate-facing workflows — including video submissions, interview practice, company research briefs, and thank-you videos — triggered by your Applicant Tracking System or launched manually from your dashboard.

Introvy is not a job marketplace. No payments pass between candidates and employers through this platform. Introvy charges subscribing organizations (staffing firms and recruiters) for platform access only.

2. Eligibility and Authority

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Introvy.
• By subscribing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
• By using the Service, you confirm both of the above.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at hello@introvy.ai.

4. Subscription Billing and Credits

Introvy offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe. Pricing is shown at checkout. By completing payment you agree to recurring billing on the schedule shown.

• Credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit pool shared across your organization. Standard workflow actions (Apply Video, Research Brief, Practice Audio, Practice Video, Thank You) consume 1 credit each. Identity Verification consumes 3 credits. Unused credits expire at month end. Overage credits are available at $0.75/credit.
• Plans. Solo Dashboard ($149/mo · 150 credits), Starter Dashboard ($399/mo · 600 credits), Growth Dashboard ($799/mo · 1,500 credits), Scale Dashboard ($1,499/mo · 3,500 credits), and Enterprise (custom pricing). ATS integrations are included where available on all recruiter plans.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds.
• 30-Day Guarantee. New customers may request a full refund within 30 days of first payment by emailing hello@introvy.ai.
• No marketplace payments. Introvy does not facilitate payments between candidates, employers, or third parties.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a material breach. We maintain timestamped records of agreement and payment to respond to disputes.

5. User Content and Candidate Data

You retain ownership of videos, audio recordings, resumes, and other content you upload. You grant Introvy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcribe, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service.

When you submit candidate information, you act as the data controller and Introvy acts as the data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share candidate data and for providing appropriate privacy notice to candidates.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Introvy to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Discriminate against candidates based on any protected characteristic
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or copy platform technology
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information

7. AI Features

Introvy uses AI to generate questions, transcripts, and feedback. AI output is informational only. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for final hiring decisions. Human review is your responsibility.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Introvy disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Introvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Illinois. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
